There are several updates from mods/devs that they are working on new difficulty atm since even on hard the game is not as challenging, even with full melee build.They are also working on several additions to the game that they cant disclose atm but will in following days. Since im hit with pre-order bug (missing preorder class) i have been lurking Steam discussions whole afternoon. This fact alone makes it even harder to say that Biomutant is worth 65$, because it deffo isnt. Heck, if you decided to fork some money looking for something to satisfy your adventurish-hack-n-slash craving you have - Immortal Fenyx Rising for 55$ which also has that cartoonish style, or more streamlined Assassin's Creed: Valhalla for 49$. Or you buy it on a discount just to have it in collection for "one of those winter days."Its a game in which you remember few things about it - mainly goofy, yet original character creation screen and comic-ish combat, or vibrant world but thats where it ends.My GF which went completely different route than me - full ranged and muted narrator not to bug her has a blast with the game while spending whole hour customizing her perfect furry creature.Its fun for me with melee build and leaving narrator on (for the giggles), but in no sane mind i can recommend it as AAA game or say that its worth its full price. TL DR - Its one of those games that end up casual. As someone who bought the game and live in country where 65$ is nice dent in a wallet ill be honest - if you plan to buy it wait for a sale.
